The characters allowed for a story to be told and to allow a process of signing up for life insurance to not be so daunting after all.
Health Questionnaire: The client wanted this process to avoid being so bland and painful. The questionnaire shows process as questions are completed with a side nav. It also animated keeping the user interested as well as motivated to complete.
Insurance Calculator: One of Empire Life's largest used tools is there Insurance Calculator. Use of icons, text and freedom to punch in exact numbers allows this calculator to leave no leaf unturned. Everything is laid out for the customer to see and understand.
Buy Flow: During the buy flow it was most important to have very minimal distracts for the user to avoid drop-offs. Keeping the form simple and up to date with standard UX forms prevents this.
